You choose a module based on your brand or model of car and the type of module installation.
Most people chose the portable modules due to simple plug and play installation.
Other types of modules we offer include in-car mounts and modules that are wired into the cabling of the trailer. The in-car modules allow the car to be used with any tailer, while the in-trailer mounts allow the trailer to be used with any car. These types of modules require some installation and instructions are included but we recommend the use of an auto electrician to all automotive electrical work. In-car mounts are not available for all vehicles.
How do I know what plugs I need?
If you are choosing a portable module, the type of plug you need is based on the plug of the trailer and the plug of the car. If you are still unsure about the plug requirements of your car or trailer please send us an email.
We can also supply a Euro 13-pin plug with our modules, however because of the additional cost of these plugs a premium applies (approximately $35). Please email us if you require a module with a 13-pin Euro plug.
What are the In-Car Mounts?
Please note that the in-car modules are a compact unit that are installed in the rear of the vehicle, there is a switch to supply the module to disable when not towing. Once installed the vehicle can tow any trailer i.e. bulb or LED lights. The in-car type requires some electrical installation, which can be done by an auto electrician or other competent person. All wiring instructions are supplied.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Paypal, and credit or debit cards through the Paypal gateway.
